When the massive 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck Nepal in April 2015, it caused widespread loss of life, collapsed houses, and displaced thousands of families in remote mountain districts. Relieving basic survival needs became a major challenge.
Chhanyado stepped up to send emergency relief teams directly to Nepal. Working alongside ground-level agencies, we distributed **survival blankets, tents, dry rations, and critical medical supplies** to families who had lost their homes.
The trust also funded temporary tin shelter construction and sponsored mobile pediatric medical camps to treat wounded children in remote mountain villages.
| Relief Support | Quantity Distributed | Regions Served |
