Chhanyado (officially registered as Surat Manav Seva Sangh in 1998) is a public charitable trust dedicated to serving humanity. Starting with a humble night-shelter facility in 1992 for patient relatives at the New Civil Hospital in Surat, the trust has expanded to run state-of-the-art diagnostic, pathology, dialysis, and meal programs.
We believe that health and food are fundamental rights, and no one should suffer due to financial constraints. By collaborating with government bodies under Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and receiving support from generous corporate and individual donors, we provide modern medical facilities at token rates or entirely free.
To build a society where high-quality medical diagnostic facilities and nutritious food are accessible to every individual, regardless of their socio-economic standing.
To operate low-cost diagnostic centers, deliver free life-saving renal treatments, serve token-priced healthy meals, and support underrepresented children and women in tribal areas.
The trust operates under a board of highly respected citizens, professionals, and industrialists who commit their time, resources, and leadership to supervise our transparency and services.
