Bhojanshala started to provide Food grain, vegetable and stove facilities to the relatives of patients coming from nearby villages & admitted in New Civil Hospital to cook their own food and night stay in dormitory.
“Chhanyado” is registered as “Surat Manav Seva Sangh” public trust under Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950. Service of fresh and hygienic cooked food started with token charge of Rs.3/- to the relatives of patients admitted in New Surat Civil Hospital.
Dormitory building “Shreemati Shreeyadevi Bhagirath Rathi Aaram Mandir” was built with facility of lockers, bed, toilet, bathroom with hot water. Home stay facilities to the relatives of patients was provided with only 1/- rupee.
Lokseva Medical Store started to provide Medicines, Surgical items and vital instruments at reasonable rate with heavy discount. Service of Medical Equipment Help started. Medical equipment like Fouler bed, Semi-fouler bed, Walker, Back-rest, Wheel-chair, Oxygen cylinder, Traction kit, IV stand, Commode, Suction machine, Stick are given to needy patients at home without any charge with nominal refundable deposit.
Distribution of Baby kit with 15 items (baby cloths, shocks, mattress, towel, mosquito net) to new born baby born in New Civil Hospital was started Service of Free Vasana Laddu distribution started to Pregnant Mother as hygienic and nutritious food after discharge from New Civil Hospital.
Ambulance services started to the Patients admitted in New Civil Hospital as well as to all needy people. Flood relief activities (Grocery, Milk, educational kit & living utensils distribution) carried out in Surat & Barmer (Rajasthan)
Service of Free Halwa(Sheera) distribution started as hygienic and nutritional food to pregnant mother admitted in New Civil Hospital. Atmajyoti MRI Centre in New Civil Hospital campus inaugurated in presence of Former CM SHREE NARENDRABHAI MODI. MRI scanning is available at reasonable price.
