Bhojanshala started to provide Food grain, vegetable and stove facilities to the relatives of patients coming from nearby villages & admitted in New Civil Hospital to cook their own food and night stay in dormitory.
“Chhanyado” is registered as “Surat Manav Seva Sangh” public trust under Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950. Service of fresh and hygienic cooked food started with token charge of Rs.3/- to the relatives of patients admitted in New Surat Civil Hospital.
Dormitory building “Shreemati Shreeyadevi Bhagirath Rathi Aaram Mandir” was built with facility of lockers, bed, toilet, bathroom with hot water. Home stay facilities to the relatives of patients was provided with only 1/- rupee.
Lokseva Medical Store started to provide Medicines, Surgical items and vital instruments at reasonable rate with heavy discount. Service of Medical Equipment Help started. Medical equipment like Fouler bed, Semi-fouler bed, Walker, Back-rest, Wheel-chair, Oxygen cylinder, Traction kit, IV stand, Commode, Suction machine, Stick are given to needy patients at home without any charge with nominal refundable deposit.
Distribution of Baby kit with 15 items (baby cloths, shocks, mattress, towel, mosquito net) to new born baby born in New Civil Hospital was started Service of Free Vasana Laddu distribution started to Pregnant Mother as hygienic and nutritious food after discharge from New Civil Hospital.
Ambulance services started to the Patients admitted in New Civil Hospital as well as to all needy people. Flood relief activities (Grocery, Milk, educational kit & living utensils distribution) carried out in Surat & Barmer (Rajasthan)
Service of Free Halwa(Sheera) distribution started as hygienic and nutritional food to pregnant mother admitted in New Civil Hospital. Atmajyoti MRI Centre in New Civil Hospital campus inaugurated in presence of Former CM SHREE NARENDRABHAI MODI. MRI scanning is available at reasonable price. MoU was signed between Shri Mahavir Health & Medical Relief Society, Sagrampura & Surat Manav Seva Sangh for collaborative management & administration of hospital to provide Medical services at reasonable rate.
Distribution of uniform, notebook, geometry box, books and other educational aid started in tribal area (Ahwa-Dang, Dharampur) of south Gujarat. Raw food grain kit distributed to Diamond workers (around 7000 families) in recession period of Diamond industry.
Maheshwari Dialysis Centre in New Civil Hospital campus inaugurated in presence of Health Minister of the time SHREE JAY NARAYAN VYAS. Free dialysis services provided to needy patients without PMJAY & medical insurance cover.
Jaymala Path Lab in New Civil Hospital campus inaugurated in presence of Famous Businessman of Surat SHREE GOVINDPRASHAD SARAVGI. Pathological tests are carried out at reasonable rate. Technologically advanced TEJAS EYE CARE HOSPITAL established by Divyajyoti Charitable Trust (supported by Chhanyado) in Mandvi, Surat. Free Food provided by “ Chhanyado “. Stay and Transportation facility is provided by hospital to patients without any charge.
Late Shree Popatlal Vyas Medical Center started at Mahidharpura, Vania street in building donated by DARUWALA FAMILY. Clinic provide OPD and Dental care treatment and medicine at reasonable rate to needy people of surrounding area. Nowadays clinic turn as Laboratory collection centre, Disability support service center with Sewing class to empower the women.

Shree Rang Vidhya Mandir (operated by Shree Datt Ashram Jan Seva Trust), a Residential School in tribal area of Navsari District at Khergam Village was adopted.
JIVANJYOT DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE with OPD, Radiology, Cardiac, dental treatment, Retina & glaucoma operation, Physiotherapy & medical store facilities established to provide services at reasonable rate. Free dialysis services provided to needy patients without PMJAY & medical insurance cover.
Household materials & food grains distributed in 10-12 villages of Banaskantha, Gujarat after flood
5.5 million pack-meal were distributed in 66 days to migrant workers & other needy with novel ” Roti-Bank” concept during COVID-19 pandemic. Food facilities provided to patients, care-taker, staff & doctors of new civil hospital. 50 Venti peeps & Bypass donate to New Civil Hospital. 1000 grocery kit distributed to class-IV employees of New Civil Hospital.
Nirbhar ne banaviye SwaNirbhar program started to help differently abled people of interior tribal area of south Gujarat & patients register in DEIC-new civil hospital. Artificial hand & leg, tricycle, wheelchair, Auxiliary crutches, Walker, Blind stick, Four pod, hearing machine are distributed to needy patients.
Althan Aarogy Kendra started as OPD & blood collection center. Bhumipujan of “Late Smt Padmaben Hashmukhlal Hojiwala Multispeciality Hospital” carried out in presence of Donors, Dignitary guests & Chhanyado Family. Collaboration with Janki Kanya Chhatralay, a girl’s hostel at Virxet, Kaprada to provide free stay, food & educational facilities to girls of migrant workers of interior remote tribal area.
Launched Soham Divyang Vahan to provide free, accessible transportation for differently-abled individuals, ensuring safe and dignified travel for medical care and essential needs.
